Community Partner Spotlight: University of Illinois Extension

The University of Illinois Extension in Cook County is pleased to announce our summer programs for boys and girls aged 9-12.

The Girls Empowerment Circle and The Pride: Boys Empowerment Program are 6-session educational workshops designed to empower adolescent girls and boys to make healthy choices related to their physical, social, and emotional well-being.
They will also explore career choices and mentoring.

The cost per child is $10.00.  All sessions are (6-8pm), and held at our Westchester, IL facility.

The Girls Empowerment Circle
Dates:  July 11^th, 13^th, 18^th, 20^th, 25^th, and 27^th

The Pride: Boys Empowerment Program
Dates:  August 1^st, 3^rd, 8^th, 10^th, 15^th, and 17^th

Community Service Project for both groups:  Saturday, July 29^th
